- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation.
- During peak times, promotions, or sales events, processing times may experience slight variations, but we're committed to dispatching your order promptly.
Shipping Methods:
- BYMESKIN utilises Royal Mail for all deliveries within the UK.
- Choose from our Standard or Express shipping options during checkout.
Domestic (UK) Shipping:
- We offer Free Standard shipping within the UK (2-3 business days after processing).
- Opt for our Express service for 3.99 to receive your order in 1-2 business days after processing.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is dispatched, a confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number will be sent. Use this number to monitor your package on the Royal Mail website.
Delivery Issues:
- If you encounter any issues, such as delays or damages during delivery, please promptly contact our customer support team at contact@bymeskin.co.uk.
Missing or Lost Packages:
- In the unlikely event that your package goes missing or is lost in transit, reach out to us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with Royal Mail to find a resolution swiftly.
Change of Address:
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase to avoid any delivery issues. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address once the order is processed.
International Shipping:
- At this time, BYMESKIN only offers shipping within the UK. We do not provide international delivery services.
